5. Subscriptions

RECOLAB offers a Subscribe & Save program for recurring orders. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize RECOLAB to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. RECOLAB reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. RECOLAB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to deny refund or return requests that do not comply with those policies or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent or abusive.
