RECOLAB Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your RECOLAB purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
How to start a return or exchange
Email our customer support team at hello@recolab.shop to notify us of your intent to make a return or exchange. Please have the following ready:
- Your order number
- Where and when you purchased the product
- Reason for your return or exchange
You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or mail the unused portion of your product to RECOLAB.
Return window
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days from the delivery date.
Unopened products
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, the product(s) must be unopened and in their original condition.
Prepaid return labels are not provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Opened products
If the product has been opened, we may offer an exchange or online store credit for the cost of the item. Frequent requests for store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
Promotional items
Promotional items that were shipped with your original order must be included in the return to receive a full refund.
If you wish to keep any promotional items, you will be refunded the retail cost of the returned product(s) minus the retail value of the promotional items kept.
Missing or damaged items
If you are missing an item or received a damaged item, our customer service team must be notified within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.
Wrong product or non-delivery
If you received the wrong product or did not receive your package, we will offer store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected, within 30 days of delivery or delivery notification.
Unauthorized sellers
Because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the RECOLAB return and exchange policy applies only to products purchased directly from recolab.shop or an authorized seller. If you purchased from an authorized seller, please contact that seller first regarding their return policy. If they are unable to resolve your concern, contact us at hello@recolab.shop.
Refund processing
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Our right to deny requests
RECOLAB reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny return or exchange requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. We may amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
