Shipping, Tracking & Delivery Guide

Below you'll find answers to our most common shipping questions.


Where is my order?

Once you place your order and it is fulfilled by our fulfillment team, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain all of your order details, including order number, shipping address, billing address, and an itemized list of all products ordered.

Once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you selected a tracked shipping method, your tracking information and instructions to track your order will be included in that email.

Orders are generally fulfilled same day or next business day.

All orders placed Sunday–Thursday are shipped on the following business day. All orders placed Friday–Saturday will ship on the following Monday.

Standard Shipping is the default shipping method (5–7 business days for domestic orders). Standard shipping for domestic orders does include tracking.


How are shipping rates determined?

Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the gross weight of your order. To calculate the exact cost of shipping, follow these steps:

  1. Add all products to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your cart and select "Check Out."
  3. Enter your email and shipping address.
  4. Shipping options and rates will be presented on the following page.

Domestic shipping options (United States)

FedEx Standard Overnight 1 business day (by 8:00 pm)

Please note that RECOLAB cannot guarantee these shipping times. All shipping days refer to business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.


What time of day can I expect my delivery?

Delivery times vary by region, shipping carrier, and shipping method. Deliveries can be made anytime between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm local time.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly. You may update or remove items from your order at any time prior to clicking "Complete Order." After this point, changes cannot be made as fulfillment will have already begun.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the residence at the address entered, as that is where the package will be delivered.

If you entered an address that does not exist, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center. Upon receiving it, our team can redirect the order to your correct address (if provided to our customer service team) or issue a full refund for product costs.

RECOLAB is not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided incorrect details for their order.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions. Standard domestic shipping includes tracking. If you are unsure which shipping method you selected, refer to your Order Confirmation email.


My order shows delivered but I haven't received it

Before contacting us, we recommend:

  • Checking all areas of your property, as carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, less visible location.
  • Checking with neighbors or family members.
  • If you live in an apartment complex, check any parcel lockers or the leasing office.
  • Contacting your local post office with your tracking number.

My credit card was charged more than once

If you experienced an error during checkout and attempted to place a separate order, your card summary may show multiple "authorizations." These are not actual charges and will be refunded to your account automatically.


I received a discount code but can't find where to use it

Discount codes are entered at the final step of checkout where you select your shipping method. Look for the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field on the right-hand side of the checkout page and click Apply after entering your code.


Do you ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses?

Yes. RECOLAB ships to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for U.S. military members. Please note that delivery times to these addresses are longer than standard domestic shipping. When entering your address, always use the APO or FPO format without a city and country name to ensure proper routing through the military mail system.
