Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy


  1. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for the value of the item within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

  3. For purchases from our website, if you received the wrong product or did not receive your package, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected within 30 days of delivery or delivery notification. If you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, please first contact that seller to inquire about its return policy. If your seller is unable to address your concerns, please contact us at hello@recolab.shop.

  4. Please email Customer Support at hello@recolab.shop to notify us of your intent to submit a guarantee request. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to RECOLAB, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.

  5. You must submit your guarantee request within 30 days of the date of delivery. Prepaid return labels are not provided, and we are not responsible for reimbursing return shipping costs.

  6. For purchases from the RECOLAB website, refunds will be made to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

  7. Promotional items that were shipped in your original order must be included in the return to receive a full refund.

  8. If you wish to keep the promotional items, you will be refunded the retail cost of the product returned minus the value of the promotional items. If you are missing an item or receive a damaged item, our customer service team must be notified within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.

  9. RECOLAB reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or where RECOLAB concludes that the purchaser has abused the guarantee. Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this guarantee will not be tolerated. RECOLAB may amend or terminate this guarantee at any time without notice.
