45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to actually try CREASTRONG, so give it about 30 days of daily use. If it's not for you, email us within 45 days of delivery and we'll refund your first order in full, back to your original payment method. You don't need to send anything back.
How to request a refund
Email hello@recolab.shop with your order number and a quick note on why it wasn't a fit. That's it.
The fine print
- The guarantee covers your first order with us, once per customer.
- It applies to orders placed on recolab.shop. If you bought from another retailer, please contact them first.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to two billing cycles to show on your statement.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel future deliveries any time from your account. The guarantee covers your first order; later deliveries aren't covered.
- Later orders: unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Missing, damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
- We may decline requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this guarantee.
